Bicycle Porn?

Had enough of your goat? Maybe you should start to see your relationship with your bike in a different way. I found there's actually a series of movies about bicycle porn.

Hats Off To (Roy) Harper

Alright folks

To combat the credit crunch and for a bit of a laugh i am going to plant a load of veg at the woods. I figure the stuff that likes shade can go behind crossed swords, and the stuff that likes sun can go outside the treeline after the 5th in BF where there is a second treeline further out (to protect it from view of the road)

I am going to get carrott, onion and runner-bean seeds this week, if anyone wants to get in on this or just has ideas of other stuff we could grow, get some seeds.

Peace

Freddie's revenge

If you come down the track and show no respect, we'll unleash freddie! Don't underestimate the size of his teeth! If that don't work, there's George and his little book of Salt (pics please george)

More digging this weekend. The new lines are linking up but we need to get a move on eh. Exciting tho.

Well done Shanaze, we love you!

where we too kid?

Its been ages since I did a over view of whats been built so:

The new bowl is shaped and ready to go. needs a bit of rain and clay love round the lip and a bit more transition on the wall to the left of the photo, but its sweet. Oh and and it is deep enough to fuck with acoustics.

Second bowl is looking good, more shaping but certainly getting there. The back section of the pump track, as with the rest of the pump track, has undergone a lot of reshaping and building up. Now flows much betterer. innit. blud. The BF line round the back has been beefed up and is starting look pretty fucking ace. need the last hip put in link it into the big section at the bottom.
The BF line round the back (in front of the hut) has been beefed up and is looking pretty fucking ace.

Will the garden wreaker has spent many hours beautifully stacking up the big sets. just need water and smoothing out now.

Cross swords at the bottom will finish the big line and kung foo in a weird cross over berm. swish.

So there it is, a very productive winters digging. Thanks to everyone who came down and helped out at any point.

Please dont use the bank!

Went to the track after work today and found lots of tyre tracks from people using the bank as a roll in. Please please please, if you use the track, DON'T roll in from the surrounding bank. Use the new roll in.

We've been told by the highways people there'll be trouble if we use the bank for anything, so its a no go. That's why we're in the process of building a new roll in and had to get rid of the old one from last year.

If you see anyone using the embankment for a roll in or for diggin please let them know its not on. Sweet. I'll set the fox on to em else!

four sticks

haha bail! Austin i think

Summer's nearly here i can feel it in me bones. What did mark knoffler say?

Some people have got to paint and draw
Harry had to work iin clay and stone
Like the waves coming to the shore
It was in his blood and in his bones

lets pick up the diggin pace now: few more weeks of rain, then when that dries out we're into trails season i reckon...

Wet Woods

Theres a rat in the soup bowl what am I going to do!?

Freddie the Fox has dug another hole in the take off. Same one. Whats his problem?

Yo. Toby, Kung, Will, Rich and I (+ Chico) spent some time at the track this weekend. The weather yesterday was bloody shite but we had fun and got stuff done. We mostly worked on Kung Fu, the crossed swords and the mainline but we also fattened up a pumptrack lip and started the new line from the back of the rollin. I took a couple of snaps.
